Prices for Lawn Aeration

In order to keep prices low, we don't provide bids before we arrive. Bids require time and gasoline which adds to your cost. Bids may also vary from year to year even when your lawn size hasn't changed! When we arrive, we will measure the size of your lawn and only charge our published rate as listed below.
We understand some yards have more obstacles (trees, decks, sheds, patios, flower beds, etc.) and requires more time to navigate, but we feel our prices are very reasonable. In the rare event your yard is more difficult to aerate and will not fall under our published rates we will let you know before starting. Below is a chart broken down with prices depending upon the size of your lawn.

Entire lawn: front, side, and back up to 3,000 sq. ft: $40.00  ($10 for each additional 1,000 sq. ft)
Up to 4,000 sq. ft: $50.00
Up to 5,000 sq. ft: $60.00
Up to 6,000 sq. ft: $70.00
Up to 7,000 sq. ft: $80.00

Estimating your square footage.
There are several ways you can determine the size of your lawn if you don't know.
First, measure it. Find the width of your lawn in feet and multiply by the length. For example; lets say your front lawn is 50 feet by 42 feet. 50 x 42 = 2100 square feet. Plus, you have two side areas of lawn next to your house. One side is 8 feet by 12 feet and the other is 5 feet by 16 feet. 8 x 12 = 96 sq. ft. and 5 x 12 = 60 sq. ft. So adding the front lawn (2100) plus the sides of the house (96 + 60) is 2,256 sq. ft. This is less than 3,000 sq. ft. so your rate would be $40.00.

Second, ask your neighbor. They may be able to help you estimate or compare their lawn size to yours.
